The Human Resource Management & Administration Division ensures that Authority and its Research Division is adequately resourced with the requisite supply of human resources and implements and maintains relevant policies, systems and procedures in a manner that will enhance efficiency and effectiveness of performance. The responsibilities include:

The Division also provides the requisite office services and supplies to ensure a satisfactory working environment for staff as well as to enhance the Authority & its Research Division’s capability to carry out its function. The responsibilities include:

The main objective of the Registry/Library Services is the provision of an efficient Records Management system that sees to the maintenance, protection, retention and disposition of the Authority’s records. It also ensures the development and dissemination of up to date sugar-related information for research and other general information
