Loan Requirement

Loans are available for:

Personal Loan Applicant will require the following:

Copy of Applicant’s Identification (Passport, Driver License or National identification Card)
Copy of Applicant’s TRN
Copy of Lease agreement for the property or copy of Certificate of Title (Remaining tenure on lease must not be less than the life of the loan)
If property is leased and a loan/crop lien exist a letter of agreement indicating transfer of the loan must be obtained and presented
Evidence of current payment of property taxes
Signed Loan application Form
Applicable Business Plan

Business Loan Applicant

Copy of the Certificate of Registration
Articles of Incorporation/Memorandum of Incorporation / Partnership Agreement
Fee for Company Search
Copy of a valid TCC
Copy of Business TRN
For Companies a Board Resolution signed by the Director and Secretary of the decision taken to borrow
Signed Loan Application (signed by Director and Secretary and Stamped with Company Stamp)
Copy of Lease agreement for the property or copy of Certificate of Title (Remaining tenure on lease must not be less than the life of the loan)
Evidence of current payment of property taxes
Audited Financial Statements for the last there (3) years plus in house figures
If farm is located in an irrigated area then a copy of the contract with the National Irrigation Commission must be submitted
